Free to use. Pay when a filing is due.
Bookkeeping, tax calculations and planning are free to use. No monthly subscription.
£30 + VAT per filing
One filing is one client's quarterly update, or one client's annual tax return with its appendices. A client with two trades and rental income is still one quarterly update — £30, not £90.
£120 + VAT for 5 consecutive filings
Prepay for five consecutive filings — four quarterly updates and one annual tax return. Start from any quarter. Save £30 compared with paying separately.
You pay to produce the completed report. Exporting it, filing it with HMRC, and any corrections or resubmissions are included.
For clients who file an annual return only, the £30 is charged when you add the client rather than at filing.

Inactive clients: If two consecutive quarterly updates for a client are unpaid, new bank transactions stop coming in for that client. Everything already stored stays, and one payment restarts the feed.
